Gadget Use Causes Up to 25% of Accidents

Like you probably hadn't figured it out already, having a smart phone, or iPod, or any other sleek cool gadget, can be distracting. I'm sure we've all done it at some point or another. What I'm really hoping for is that we've all learned enough about this that we are all smarter than to try and play with gadgets while we're in a heavy, rolling piece of steel.

Now comes a study from the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) that states as many as 25% or car accidents in the U.S. are can be traced to distracted drivers. That means texting, talking, answering, looking for music, ad nauseum.

As I've said before... even I managed to stop tinkering with gadgets while driving and if I can... I'm sure you can too!
