STEVE SEMMELMAYER BRINGS MARKET EXPERTISE TO S-RAY INC.

I've been following S-Ray for a while now. Although I haven't seen anything concrete from the company yet, the idea they are working on is certainly intriguing.

Here is the latest press release:

S-Ray Incorporated, an ultrasound dental imaging startup based in Seattle, Washington, is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Semmelmayer as a company advisor.

Mr. Semmelmayer has over 32 years in the dental industry. He is currently an Industry Director at American Dental Partners Inc., a publicly traded (NADAQ: ADPI) provider of dental services, staff and facilities in the United States, and recently completed a 27-month tenure as CEO of Discus Dental, which he brokered for sale to Phillips Electronics, a transaction valued at over $170 million. Mr. Semmelmayer has also been involved in more than 20 other transactions in the dental industry.

Mr. Semmelmayer will bring his considerable experience, insight and industry relationships to help guide S-Ray Incorporated as it pursues license agreements, strategic investments and liquidity opportunities. He will also explore partnerships with international dental companies as a means to accelerate the development and introduction of S-Ray Incorporated's "radiation-free" technology.

S-Ray Incorporated is developing a unique and patented technology, known as Ultrasound Computed Tomography (UCT), which uses ultrasound to detect cracks and cavities in teeth. The technology is a "radiation-free" imaging alternative to x-ray; it is safe for dentists, staff and patients. UCT produces images using software with associated with existing Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) technology.
